I'm Nick, a Logistics Manager at BAE Systems with a passion for program management, innovation, leadership, and cultivating great work culture. My professional journey began as a submariner in the world's greatest Navy and has since included roles at Boston Consulting Group and Booz Allen Hamilton supporting DoD.

When I'm not at work, I cherish spending time with my family, exploring the great outdoors, and bringing ideas to life through building projects. My commitment to conservation drives me to volunteer with several non-profit organizations, including Backcountry Hunters and Anglers (BHA), Watershed Stewards Academy, and Trout Unlimited.

Most recently, I joined Backcountry Hunters and Anglers' Mid-Atlantic Board and serve as the Maryland Liaison for the BHA Armed Forces Initiative. In these roles, I work to organize and advocate for conservation efforts across the Mid-Atlantic region.
